We are currently working on the 2011 convention. The convention will be Monday August 15 at Ivy Tech ‘s Campus in Indianapolis. We are planning a full day of events which will include a Baking contest, a short talk on “Trends in Baking; an explanation on increasing profits by looking at what’s hot and whats to come”, and a demonstration with fondant.
